Troubleshooting Guide

Most of the time it is minor mistakes that could be causing issues. This Troubleshooting guide will help find and fix some of the common mistakes.

  2. Check if you have logged in via the correct Email ID.
  3. Check if you have proper internet connection.
  4. Always use Chrome browser.
  5. Check Chrome browser update: visit Chrome Menu (top right three dots) -> Help -> About Google Chrome
  6. For issues with printout please check if the printer is selected correctly and paper size is set to A4 in more settings while printing.
