  2. Verify Patient Phone Number:
    • Confirm the patient's phone number is entered correctly in their record
    • Use the format: country code + 10-digit number (e.g., 919738477759 for India)
  3. Check Internet Connection:
    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
    • Try again after a few seconds
