Setup Lab for COVID Guidelines

Protect Your Staff and Patients by following below COVID-19 Testing Lab Safety Guidelines and Protection Tips.

1. Notify Patient through SMS

Avoid patient accumulation in the waiting area by sending them “lab report ready sms”!
You can inform the patient to not wait for the report instead return after receiving the sms on their smartphone.

How it works:

Step 1: Change the status to “Completed” (top right side in report details).

Step 2: Move mouse near “send” button and click “Notify Patient”.

2. Send Pathology Report using WhatsApp

You can help patient avoid physical visit to the lab by sending them digital copy of the pathology lab report as a PDF to patients using WhatsApp.

How it works:

Step 1: Change the status to “Completed” (top right side in report details)

Step 2: Move mouse near “send” button and click “Send WhatsApp”
